Welcome to Fusion Platform (“Fusion,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the front door to Baiae City, an extreme role-play server for adults, operated by Protocol Black LLC. By accessing or using our website at fusionplatform.ch (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
Extreme role play
Baiae City is an extreme role-play server. Adults only. A persistent, uncensored city for adults who want total immersion. You arrive as a character, you live as that character, in the city and on fusionplatform.ch, and you never break it. fusionplatform.ch is the front door to Baiae City and part of it: the same fiction, the same law. One account signs you in to both, and accepting this notice here covers both.
Never break character
From the moment you sign in until the moment you sign out, you are your character: in the city, and everywhere on fusionplatform.ch, in posts, profiles, chat, messages, comments and calls. You speak as them, want what they want, fear what they fear, and live with what they do.
Out of character is anything that reminds anyone this is a game: talk of the app, the server, the developers, AI, bugs or menus, "irl", "lol this game", brackets like (( this )), or asking a citizen whether they are real.
There is no out-of-character channel anywhere: not in the city, not on fusionplatform.ch. The only way out of character is to the house, through support and reports. If you need to step out, sign out. Coming back is always allowed. Talking out of character while you are here is not.
Breaking character earns a strike. Enough strikes and you are out. Staying in character is not a suggestion: it is the price of entry.
What the city contains
- Explicit sexual content and full nudity, including graphic depictions of sex acts.
- Sex work, prostitution and pimping, and the buying and selling of sex, as part of the fiction.
- Kink, fetish, BDSM, domination, submission and degradation between consenting adult characters.
- Graphic violence: weapons, gunfire, assault, injury and the death of characters. Player-versus-player violence is allowed anywhere in the city.
- Crime of every kind: drugs and dealing, theft, gangs and extortion, and what follows from them.
- Strong, offensive and abusive language, and dark, disturbing or emotionally intense themes.
- Characters played by artificial intelligence. What they say and do is generated as you play, and no person reviews it before you see it.
Fiction, only fiction
Everything in Baiae City is fiction, performed by adult characters in an imaginary city. Showing something is not endorsing it. Nothing here is a recommendation, an instruction, or a picture of how real people do or should behave.
Much of what happens here is illegal or harmful in the real world. Do not try any of it outside the fiction.
The citizens of the city are played by AI. They are not real people. What they say may be false, offensive, explicit or unpredictable. Never rely on it as advice of any kind: medical, legal, financial or otherwise.
Other characters are played by real people, and they are responsible for what they say and do. The house moderates the city and acts on reports, but it cannot watch every moment as it happens.
Hard limits
- No minors, in fact or in fiction. Every character, whether played by a person or by AI, is an adult. Sexual content that involves, or appears to involve, a minor is forbidden. Accounts are closed permanently, and the content is reported to the authorities where the law requires or allows it, including the NCMEC in the United States.
- Real people, only with consent. No real names. A real person’s photograph, face or likeness may be used only with that person’s consent, and only for role play inside the city.
- No real-world harm. No doxxing, threats, stalking or harassment of the person behind a character. No real-world money, deals, contact details or meetings.
- Consent between players. You may not draw another player’s character into sexual content against that player’s wishes.
These rules sit alongside the rest of these Terms, including User Conduct and Termination below. Nothing in this section narrows any other protection in these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Fusion Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. We reserve the right to request age verification at any time.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, contain false information, or engage in fraudulent activity.
3. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number and opting in to text messages, you consent to receive text messages from Fusion Platform (operated by Protocol Black LLC) at the phone number you provided.
Message Types
You may receive the following types of text messages:
- Account verification codes — One-time passwords (OTP) sent when you log in to verify your identity
- Account activity notifications — Alerts when you have new messages or important account activity
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. Verification codes are sent each time you log in using SMS verification. Account notifications are sent when you have new messages, up to a maximum of 6 messages per day.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan.
Opt-Out
You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. If you want to start receiving messages again, reply START to any message or re-enable SMS notifications in your account settings.

Carriers
Supported carriers include but are not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and other major US wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No Sharing of Mobile Information
We will not share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All SMS opt-in data and consent information will not be shared with any third parties for any purpose.

Consent Not Required
SMS opt-in is not a condition of any purchase or required for access to Fusion Platform. You may use all platform features without providing a phone number or opting in to SMS.
4. Platform Currency (Sparks)
Fusion Platform uses a virtual currency called “Sparks” for in-platform transactions. Sparks can be purchased and used to access premium content, tip creators, and participate in platform features. Sparks have no cash value outside the platform and are non-refundable except as required by law.
We reserve the right to modify Sparks pricing, conversion rates, and the features available for purchase with Sparks at any time. Unused Sparks do not expire.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or our systems
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service without our written consent
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Engage in any activity that exploits minors in any way
6. Content & Intellectual Property
Your Content. You retain ownership of content you create and share on Fusion Platform. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the Service.
Our Content. All Fusion Platform branding, design elements, software, and proprietary technology are owned by Protocol Black LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.
Creator Content. Content purchased or accessed through the platform is for personal use only. Redistribution, downloading, screenshotting, or sharing of purchased creator content without the creator’s explicit permission is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
7. DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy
Fusion Platform respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
If you believe your copyrighted work has been reproduced on our platform in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please send a written notice to our designated agent:
Your notice must include: (1) identification of the copyrighted work; (2) identification of the infringing material and its location on the Service; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized; (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate; and (6) your physical or electronic signature.
8. 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance
All creators on Fusion Platform are required to be at least 18 years of age. Fusion Platform is not the primary producer of visual content uploaded by users. In compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and related regulations, records required to be maintained by individual content creators are kept by the respective creators.

9. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROTOCOL BLACK LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Protocol Black LLC and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Merced County, California.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
