Fusion Platform (“Fusion,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by Protocol Black LLC. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use fusionplatform.ch, the front door to Baiae City, an extreme role-play server for adults (the “Service”).
Extreme role play
Baiae City is an extreme role-play server. Adults only. fusionplatform.ch is the front door to Baiae City and part of it: the same fiction, the same law. One account signs you in to both, and accepting this notice here covers both.
Never break character. From the moment you sign in until the moment you sign out, you are your character. In the city and on fusionplatform.ch. Play a character, not yourself: never put your real name, address, phone number or other real personal information into the city.
The city keeps a record of what happens in it, including chat, calls, actions and transactions, so the house can moderate it and settle disputes. Lines are kept for ninety days and then archived. Keep your real personal information out of the city.

- Communications — Messages you send to other users through the platform’s messaging features

Opting Out

Opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to use the platform. Email-based authentication remains available as the default option.
